We started from company filings and industry data from Lazard, NREL, EIA and BNEF, all of them public, and turned them into a set of linked pages a team could read and question. In plain terms, it took four steps.
01 - Gather the sources
We collected public company filings and industry data on grid-scale energy storage, 30 sources in all.
02 - Read and organise
Each source was read once, carefully, and its facts were sorted into pages for each company, market and analysis method.
03 - Link and compare
Reusable analysis methods sit on their own pages, and each worked example links to the methods and the facts it uses, so past work is easy to pick up again.
04 - Check before saving
Every figure was checked against its source and kept with its date. Anything uncertain was flagged instead of guessed.
How we kept it honest
The worked examples are illustrative and clearly labelled as such, so they can be reused as templates without being mistaken for real client work.
The result: 67 pages: 15 companies, 6 market maps, 4 reusable analysis methods, 5 worked examples, 3 pages that pull themes together and 30 source summaries. Built in about a day.
