How it works
- About two minutes after new documents arrive (by upload or from a connection), a build starts by itself.
- Up to 50 documents a day are built automatically. An owner can change the limit or switch automatic building off on the Build screen.
- Large builds use more workers at once, so a big report finishes sooner.
Long documents are split first
A document too long for one pass is split into parts of a few pages before the build, so it never fails for being too long.
Automatic retry
A part that does not verify is rebuilt once. If it fails again, it is split into smaller parts and rebuilt. After that it is left for a person, and the Build screen shows the reason. Attempts are counted per file, so this never loops.
Tip
You are emailed when a build you started finishes, with how many documents were verified.
