Sources down to the line, topic pages, and a base that learns from use

Company sign-in and a security clean-up

  • Sign in with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. See Company sign-in.
  • Every sign-in is recorded: who, how and when.
  • Standard browser protections on every page, and HTTPS enforced.
  • Uploads have a size limit (150 MB per file) with a clear message.
  • Security updates to the web framework, and stronger encryption for backups.

Versions, real names, team control and a new writer

  • Every document has a date, and the system knows which document replaces which. Chat answers from the latest and names the earlier one.
  • Files from Drive and other services show their real names everywhere.
  • Choose which teams see new documents when you upload or connect a service, and set teams on a single page.
  • The Build screen shows how many parts a build will really rewrite, and the cost, before it starts.
  • A stronger default writer verified all 20 parts of a hard test set, against 14 for the previous one.

Seven new connectors, and search that keeps itself current

  • New connectors: SharePoint & OneDrive, Notion, Dropbox, Slack, ClickUp, GitHub, and Zendesk and Freshdesk help centres.
  • Paste any link: one box that recognises the service and connects it. Sign in once per service.
  • Google Drive takes single-file links and pasted links as well as folder IDs.
  • Every connector now reads charts, pictures and attachments, like uploads do.
  • Search updates itself: anything that changes is made searchable automatically.
  • Answers use whole sections: a table split across parts reaches the answer complete.
  • Names, numbers and codes in a question are matched exactly as well as by meaning.
  • File times show in your own time zone.

Charts, scans and big documents

  • Charts, pictures and scanned pages are read, by two AI models from different companies that must agree.
  • Long documents are split automatically before building; failed parts are retried and split by themselves.
  • Large builds use more workers. A 247-page report with 98 charts built in about 46 minutes.
  • Encrypted backup download, and restore with undo.

Your own AI accounts, automatic building, privacy

  • Builds and chat can run on your own Azure, Bedrock, Vertex or compatible AI deployment, after a quality check.
  • Automatic building: new documents start building about two minutes after they arrive.
  • No-training routing on every AI request; free models refused; fonts and scripts self-hosted.

Teams, connectors and the answer check

  • Team-based access, with owner approval by emailed code.
  • Jira, Confluence, website and Excel/PowerPoint support.
  • The second check on every answer, with “not confirmed” marks.
