Three kinds of AI work happen: writing pages, checking each sentence, and answering questions. Checking and the final review use models from different companies than the writer, so one model never marks its own work.
Your own accounts
AI usage runs on your company’s own AI account. You can use a model gateway, or your own deployments on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Bedrock or Google Vertex. A new provider must pass a quality check on a test copy before it may build your pages.
Privacy settings
- Every request asks for providers that do not store prompts for training.
- Free models are refused, because free services commonly keep prompts.
Cost
Reading and checking costs a few US cents for each section that gets checked (about 2 to 4 cents on real documents), on your account. The Build screen shows the estimate before a build starts, and the paid trial measures it on your own files.
