Every answer points to the exact lines it came from, so anyone can check it in one click before acting on it. If your documents do not cover a question, it says so plainly. It never fills the gap with a guess.
What is the notice period in the Sharma lease?
Either side may end the lease with three months’ written notice, but not before the lock-in ends on 31 March 2027.
14.1 This lease runs for five years from 1 April 2025. 14.2 Either party may terminate it by giving three (3) months’ notice in writing. 14.3 No notice under 14.2 may take effect before the end of the lock-in on 31 March 2027.

Why not a general chatbot?
General AI assistants answer from everything they have ever read, and they answer confidently even when they are guessing. Regnor Knowledge works the other way round:
- It reads your documents first, and writes checked pages from them. A sentence that cannot be matched to the source is left out.
- It answers only from those checked pages, with a source for every point.
- It checks the answer again, point by point, and marks anything the source does not clearly say.
- It says “not found” when your documents do not cover a question.
