A topic page gathers what several documents say about one subject: a product, an ingredient, a rule, a licence, a market or a type of claim. Open one from Appears in topics at the top of a verified page.
How a topic page is built
- Find subjectsEach verified page is tagged with the specific subjects it covers. Subjects that appear in at least two documents become topics.
- Pick sentencesAn AI model picks the verified sentences that are about the topic and groups them under short headings. It can only choose sentences; it cannot write any.
- Copy exactlyEach sentence is copied word for word with its own source. A topic page adds no new facts.
Why you can rely on it
- Every sentence opens its source at the cited lines, like any verified page.
- Each time a topic opens, every sentence is checked again: if its page changed or is no longer verified, the sentence is left out.
- You only see sentences from documents your role and teams allow.
- A sentence from an older document carries its date and a Superseded by label where a newer one exists.
Tip
Owners see topics as hubs in the console graph, joining every page they draw from.
