The four steps
- UploadAdd files by upload, or connect a folder, channel or site. PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web pages and text all work.
- VerifyEach document is read and turned into pages. Every sentence on a page is compared with the exact lines of the original. Anything that cannot be backed up is left out.
- AskYour team asks questions in the chat. Answers are written only from verified pages, with a source for every point.
- CheckAfter each answer, every cited point is checked again against its source. One click opens the original passage, highlighted.
How a page is verified
When a document arrives, a writer model drafts pages from it, each sentence pointing to the lines it came from. A separate checker, from a different AI company, then compares every sentence with those lines.
- A sentence the checker cannot confirm is removed, and the rest of the page is checked again without it.
- A page that cannot stand without the removed sentences is not published. It is listed on the Build screen with the reason.
- Nothing unverified ever reaches an answer.
Long documents
A long report or a large set of slides is split into pieces of a few pages each, automatically, before it is built. Each piece becomes its own verified page. A 247-page report with 98 charts was built this way in about 46 minutes.
When the answer is not there
If no verified page covers a question, the assistant says so. You can then add the missing document, and the next answer will use it.
Tip
Dates are kept as facts with their source. If two documents disagree, both are shown with their sources so a person can decide which applies.
