1. A paid trial on 50 documents

We build Regnor Knowledge on 50 of your own documents, chosen with the person who answers most of your team’s questions today. In one to two weeks you see real answers from your own files.

Together we agree 30 to 50 real questions your team asks, including some tricky ones: a question your documents do not answer, an old version of a policy, two documents that disagree, and a file only one team may see. Your expert marks the answers. That result is what you decide on.

2. The full build

1. Your documentsWe load the rest of your files, by upload or from your drives and tools.
2. Your peopleWe set up roles and teams so each department sees only its own files.
3. Your accountsEverything runs on your company’s own accounts.
4. TrainingWe show your admins the console and your team the chat.

A full build usually takes four to six weeks.

3. Handover and support

You keep everything that is built. Support covers updates, fixes and help. See Ownership and handover.
