For services that need a sign-in (Microsoft 365, Notion, Dropbox, Slack, ClickUp, private GitHub), your Regnor Knowledge administrator registers a free app with that service once. After that, everyone connects with one click.
Until an app is registered, its card says Not switched on yet. Help centres, public GitHub repositories and websites need no app.
