Open the chat

Your admin sends you an invitation. Sign in with your company Google or Microsoft account where it is switched on, or with your work email and a short emailed code. The chat works on desktop and phone.

Ask

Type your question in plain English and press Enter. Good questions name the thing you need:

  • “What is the notice period in the Sharma lease?”
  • “Which licence do we need to sell this product in Maharashtra?”
  • “What share of dealers in Brazil said tariffs hurt sales?”

Names, numbers and codes in your question (a client name, a rule number, a country) are matched exactly as well as by meaning, so specific questions find specific answers.

Narrow it with a topic

Below the question box, Everything searches all the pages you may see. Pick a topic to search only one area, for example only labelling rules.

Follow-up questions

Ask a follow-up in the same conversation: “And for Karnataka?” The assistant keeps the earlier questions in mind. Start a new conversation when you change subject, so old answers do not steer new ones.

Saved answers to similar questions

If an owner has saved an answer to a question like yours, a card appears above your answer. Open it to see the points that were confirmed when it was saved. See Saved answers.

Tip
If the assistant says your documents do not cover something, that is a real answer. The question is recorded for your owners, without your name, so they can add the missing document.
